Returns Policy

Damaged Goods

If you have ordered an item that arrives damaged please notify us by email or phone and return the order complete with packaging to us within seven days of receipt to Griffin Hawe Ltd 22 Duke Street, Athy, Co.Kildare.  Once we have received the damaged order we will send out the replacement order or if required issue a full refund including the cost of delivery.

Incorrect Items

If you have received an incorrect item due to a processing error on our part please return the item to us within 7 days of receipt of the order to Customer Services Griffin Hawe Ltd 22 Duke Street, Athy, Co. Kildare.  Please contact us to let us know if you would prefer us to send the item originally ordered out to you or issue you a full refund for the item.  Replacement products will be charged (including delivery) until the returned product has been received in a resalable condition.

Change of mind

Customers in the EU have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered.

If you have changed your mind, please contact us within 7 working days from receipt of the order.  Please return the item with all packaging to Customer Services, Griffin Hawe Ltd 22 Duke Street, Athy, Co.Kildare.  Once we have received the item in salable condition we will issue a full refund less any delivery charges.  If you have received free delivery and return the entire order we reserve the right to claim back the delivery charges.  We can only accept returns of complete products, which are unused and in an "as new" condition.

For your protection, where you are returning an item to us, we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service.  Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty.  If we do not receive the item back from you, we may arrange for collection of the item from your residence at your cost.  You should be aware that, once we begin the delivery process, you will not be able to cancel any contract you have with us for services carried out by us (e.g. gift wrapping).

Please also note that you will be responsible for the costs of collection in the event that our specialist courier service collect a large item from you to return to us.  Your statutory rights are not affected.
